The Geography and Environmental Systems (GES) Department is celebrating 50 years of bringing incredible environmental education experiences to the UMBC community! From partnerships with NASA to seminars with guest speakers and researchers from across the country, GES provides unique learning opportunities that continue to grow.
If you would like to help us maintain and expand our programming, we would deeply appreciate it. Donations to GES will help support efforts to extend teaching beyond the classroom, host guest speakers and community partners on campus and in our seminar series, and further support GES majors/graduate students in their research.
